Choosing an assessment

Choosing between an autism, ADHD or combined assessment

1 min read

Curious Minds offers six assessment pathways. Two things decide which one fits: the age of the person being assessed, and whether the questions are about autism, ADHD or both.

Age 18 and over

Under 18

When both may apply

Many people are both autistic and have ADHD. A combined assessment means one coordinated process, with our full team, instead of two separate journeys.

If you are not sure yet

Your first step is a free 20-minute phone consultation, where we talk through your questions and find out whether a pathway is right for you.

You can start with the free consultation. A paid neurodiversity screening appointment is also available as a lower-commitment way to seek an experienced clinician’s initial view. Ask the team about the screening fee and what it involves.

You can compare the cost of each pathway on our Booking and Fees page.
